Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Photo Cleaner: Cleanup ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

The App is provided by Text2Box LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in California.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Transfer your license to another person

Description of Service

Photo Cleaner: Cleanup is a utility application designed to help you manage and optimize storage on your iOS device. The App provides features including:

• Detection of duplicate and similar photos
• Video compression
• Live Photo optimization
• Screenshot management
• Photo organization tools

The App operates entirely on your device. All photo analysis and processing occurs locally.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining backups of your photos and videos before using deletion features
• Reviewing items before confirming deletion
• Ensuring you have the right to manage the photos and videos on your device
• Using the App in compliance with applicable laws

Deletion and Data Loss

The App provides tools to delete photos and videos from your device. Before permanently deleting any content:

• Items first go to an in-app trash where you can review them
• When you empty the app trash, items move to iOS's "Recently Deleted" album
• Items in Recently Deleted can be recovered for 30 days
• After 30 days, deletion is permanent and irreversible

We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups of your important photos and videos. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from your use of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TEXT2BOX LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any deletion or loss of your photos, videos, or other data
• Any unauthorized access to your device through the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code in the App

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
